We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer with 3 to 7 years of experience in Bagging Machine /Weighing System/ / Robotics and Industrial Automation machines/equipment to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and building strong relationships with clients in the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development: Identify and target new business opportunities in the manufacturing industry to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their requirements and providing technical support.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our industrial equipment offerings, including specifications, applications, and benefits.
Technical Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of products to clients, showcasing their features and advantages.
Proposal Preparation: Create detailed and accurate proposals, including pricing, technical specifications, and delivery timelines.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure customer requirements are met and to facilitate smooth project execution.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering.
- 3 to 4 years of sales experience in the industrial Machines/equipment.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex equipment and systems.
- Good command over English and excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
