Job Title: Back Office Executive, Quantitative Trading Firm

Role & Responsibilities:

Managing back-office operations to support trading activities, including:

• Trade processing for NSE Cash, BSE Cash, NSE F&O, and BSE F&O.
• Obligation posting and contract note processing for CM/F&O.
• Weekly and daily statement processing (SOA, Margin Statements).
• Depository operations (Pay-In, Pay-Out, Inter Settlement, Pre Pay-in, Speed-e, Off-market transfers).
• Compliance reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annual reports to the exchange).
• Coordination with exchanges and regulatory bodies.
• Pledging and un-pledging of own and client shares for trading margin via NSDL/CDSL.
• Enhanced supervision reporting and margin reporting (Cash & F&O).

Requirements:

• Experience in back-office operations for a trading firm
• Experience in Shilpi Software (Preferred)
• Strong understanding of depository processes and exchange compliance.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle fast-paced, high-volume transactions.
