Job Description

- We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as HR Interns at Idea Usher
- This internship provides a valuable opportunity for aspiring HR professionals to gain practical experience in a fast-paced and innovative work environment
- Responsibilities:Recruitment Support:Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and coordinating interviews
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
- Employee Engagement:Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and activities
- Assist in organizing team-building events and programs
- HR Administration:Provide administrative support in maintaining HR records, updating employee databases, and managing documentation
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations
- Talent Development:Support training and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions and tracking participation
- Assist in the implementation of learning and development programs
- Employee Relations:Contribute to fostering a positive work environment by addressing employee queries and concerns
- Participate in employee relations activities and initiatives
- Compliance Assistance:Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Data Analysis:Compile and analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights
- Assist in preparing reports for HR metrics and key performance indicators
