Purpose of position:

  1. To contribute towards the companys sales growth by over-achieving the sales target and key objectives within defined sales territory.


  1. To honor the companys commitment in market with responsiveness, sincerity and defined objectives.


Key Areas of responsibilityMain Actions to be taken as result of position:1. Customer Focus

  • Regular connect with Key Opinion Leaders along with staff, technicians, purchase manager in assigned territory.
  • New leads & opportunities generation.

2. Payment CollectionTo ensure Payment collection for all sales made in assigned territory 3. Key Products/ Markets

  • Electrosurgical units, surgical consumables for general surgery, gynecology, gastro, urology & cardiac
  • Corporate, private & govt institutions across North India

4.Product Competence

  • Minimum Science Graduate
  • Experience of same or similar industry is a must
  • Decent communication & presenting skills

5. Documentation/
Communication

  • Timely weekly Reports submission
  • Expense submissions in time
  • Business planning and sales report

6. Company PolicyTo ensure adherence with all Company policies and Rules and Regulations made there under:

  • Product Liability
  • Health and safety
  • Terms and Conditions of sale
  • Business confidentiality

  6. Prioritize development actions
