Skills:

Emai, Chat, Web Chat, backend, Accounting, Communication,. Experience:2 to 7 Years. Location:Ahmedabad. Work From Office Only. Ahmedabad based candidates can only apply.

To solve the queries of the customer via Mail, Chat & Web Call.

No Sales process is required. To provide the best resolution to the customers.

To work with the software technical team(if required) to resolve the customer problem. Proficient in English both verbal & written Communication with Foreign clients is part of the job. Maintain a better relationship with the customers.

Strong Analytical Skills. Knowledge of Accounting is a big value add for the candidate.

You might have to work afternoon shifts.
