Job Description

About Us:
We are an innovative SaaS company focused on delivering affordable solutions tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and startups. As we expand our product offerings, we are looking for a motivated and skilled Product Manager to lead the development of our new SaaS product, designed to streamline business processes and enhance customer relationships.

Role Overview:
As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development of our new SaaS solution. You will work closely with the founder and architect to bring the product vision to life and ensure it meets the needs of our target customers. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage the product development lifecycle, prioritise feature rollouts, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver a product that drives real value for businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with company vision and market needs.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to execute the product roadmap and deliver features on time.
Translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product requirements and feature specifications.
Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on customer feedback, technical feasibility, and business impact.
Track and report on product performance, gathering insights to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
Engage directly with customers and perform market research to identify new opportunities for product enhancement.
Oversee product testing, user acceptance, and ensure high-quality releases.
Develop and monitor product KPIs to assess product success and inform future iterations.
Ensure effective communication and alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders, including the founder and leadership team.
Support long-term product strategy, ensuring scalability and alignment with company goals.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within SaaS, with proven success in managing full product lifecycles.
Strong understanding of the challenges SMBs and startups face in business process management and customer relationship building.
Demonstrated experience working in agile environments , collaborating with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
Solid knowledge of UI/UX principles and a track record of working with design teams to develop user-friendly features.
Data-driven decision-making skills, with experience using analytics to inform product development and improvement.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work closely with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks.
Experience with API integrations and managing products that involve third-party services or platforms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

A technical background or a strong understanding of software development processes.
Familiarity with SaaS products that support customer management and business operations.
Experience working in early-stage startups or scaling new product initiatives from the ground up.
Knowledge of Python, React , or FastAPI is an advantage but not required.
