Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of all the project/application deliverables.
- Allocating tasks to the team members associated with the team and make optimum utilization of the human resource.
- Responsible for Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating the Testing activities.
- Responsible for Identifying, Recording, Documenting thoroughly and tracking bugs in Trello, PMS.
- Contributing to the vision for the ongoing evolution of any tool or framework changes to ensure ongoing improvement.
- Responsible for performing thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Identifying and implementing improvements on-going basis to provide faster feedback to developers.
- Performing manual and exploratory testing as needed.
- Responsible for Supporting team members and ensure established goals and deadlines are met.
- Responsible for Mentoring and coaching new hires and junior associates.
