Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand market trends.
Present and demonstrate products and services to prospective clients.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and to identify additional sales opportunities.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to the Sales Manager.
Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and support each other in achieving goals.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Provide product and service information to customers and prospects, highlighting features and benefits.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including customer interactions and sales progress.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation.
