Job Description

  • Manage end to end Compliances under Direct Tax i.e TDS, TCS, Advance Tax, Income tax return, Transfer Pricing compliances, calculation of Tax Provision & Deferred Tax etc.

  • Closely work with Tax consultants on closure of Assessment under Corporate tax, Transfer Pricing Assessment and assist in strategise the past/upcoming tax litigation to mitigate tax risk

  • Research and interpret tax laws & regulation to provide guidance to the business teams on various routine transactions from tax perspective

  • Lead process improvement initiatives to address risk, change in law and efficiencies through automation, optimization of technology or otherwise

  • Co-ordinate with internal & external auditors i.e Statutory auditors, tax Auditors and internal auditors for all Tax related Schedules
