Job Summary:
The Telemarketing Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via telephone to promote products or services, generate leads, and increase sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle objections effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain and promote products or services.
- Follow a prepared sales pitch or script while customizing the conversation as needed.
Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
- Identify potential leads and maintain accurate records of customer information.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects into customers.
Sales and Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services when appropriate.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
Database Management:
- Update and maintain the CRM or database with accurate customer details and call outcomes.
Market Feedback:
- Gather and document customer feedback to help improve products, services, and sales strategies.
Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, telemarketing regulations, and privacy standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Telemarketing Executive, Sales Representative, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.

- Number of calls made daily.
- Lead conversion rate.
- Revenue generated through sales.
- Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
