Process Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize production processes for electronic manufacturing using SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection).
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements.
  
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations through regular audits and inspections.
  
• Develop and maintain documentation of production processes, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing industry with expertise in SMT & AOI technologies.
  
• B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical or related field from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong understanding of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) assembly operations, soldering techniques, and inspection methods.
