- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Manager to lead and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
- In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales development strategies, coaching and motivating your team, and ensuring that they consistently exceed their performance targets.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Hire, train, develop, and motivate a high-performing team of SDRs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive and competitive team environment that encourages growth and collaboration.
- Set clear and achievable team goals and track progress towards those goals.
Sales Development Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales development strategies, including prospecting, lead qualification, and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize sales processes.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the target market and ideal customer profile.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize lead generation efforts.
Coaching & Mentoring:
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to SDRs on sales techniques, communication skills, and best practices.
- Conduct role-playing exercises and provide constructive feedback on sales calls and presentations.
- Help SDRs develop their skills and advance their careers within the organization.
