Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals.
Plan and schedule content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube).
Manage and curate various social media campaigns to maximize visibility.
Manage social media communities, responding to comments and messages.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other social media monitoring tools
Run and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
Collaborate with other marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in social media marketing.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.) and their algorithms.
Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
Excellent communication, writing, and creative content development skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
