HR manager is the one who is responsible for strategizing and managing capacity goal after understanding all functional departmentrequirement in capacity building in terms of recruiting the right talents and appropriate number, competence enhancement by planning the LD of each colleague, managing culture goals for the smooth functioning of the company by following and adopting the best practices for Ken research and its SBU unit
HR Manager will work as a functional head and will be responsible for conveying the correct capacity requirement of different departments to the HR recruitment team and assigning hiring responsibility of each open position to different team members
Additionally basis cross functional team interaction, Manager HR has to plan customized LD plans for different teams as per there requirement
The individual on this role will be responsible for ensuring smooth process completion of Campus Drives along with the HR Team ensuring all the process involved are within the stipulated timelines
He/she will be responsible for maintaining and improving work and cross functional team culture

1. Ensure to set up smooth Recruitment process for all functional departments.
2. Chalking out Learning and Development Calendar for all the employees in the company after discussing with the cross departmental functional heads.
3. Plan and Adopting the best practices and policies to improve the culture in the company.
4. Ensuring and implementing Retention strategies into the organization
5. Supervising Managing Recruitment for all the functional departments in the company i.e. Marketing, Sales, Operations, Accounts and Finance, Human Resources, Research Consulting etc.
6. Working on developing new policies for the benefits of the employees
7. Ensure smooth process for employee experience from Hire to retire.
