Hardware Design Engineer - PCB Design (5-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop complex printed circuit boards (PCBs) using industry-standard tools like Orcad Cadence Allegro, Altium Designer, etc.

- Design and simulate analog circuits for functionality, performance, and compliance with EMI/EMC and thermal regulations (using LTspice, Pspice, PSIM, or MATLAB)

- Develop and maintain detailed schematics accurately reflecting the PCB design

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g , product managers, firmware engineers) to understand requirements and translate them into effective hardware designs

- Provide technical guidance and clarifications to ensure clear communication with customers regarding design specifications

- Participate in the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to production

- Continuously improve design practices and stay up-to-date on the latest hardware design technologies

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in hardware design for electronic products

- Proven expertise in PCB design using industry-standard CAD tools

- In-depth knowledge of analog circuit design principles and simulation techniques

- Experience with EMI/EMC and thermal analysis for electronic circuits

- Strong understanding of electromechanical product design and system-level integration

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively

- A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to ensure high-quality design deliverables
