Job Description
The role
As an FX Lead, you ll be managing members of our incredible 3D team in Mumbai. You will be seen as a helpful and cooperative team leader by your peers and superiors across both 2D and 3D and Management departments. Your proven skills and inclusive leadership will help deliver a variety of film and episodic productions, from adding a magical, fiery, smoky, watery element or building a massive destruction scene.
Key skills
- Expert using Industry standard software (Maya, Houdini, Arnold, Nuke, Photoshop, Mari )
- Professional understanding of particles, liquids, fluids, and rigid body techniques. (Pyro, FLIP, Vellum )
- Specialist knowledge of Houdini s procedural workflows and scripting (Python, VEX)
- Proficient knowledge of 2D-3D workflows.
- Ability to problem solve and provide results.
- Significant experience supervising 3D teams in a production environment.
- Proven leadership skills working collaboratively with a team.
