Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of SAP CRM and have hands-on experience in implementation, customization, and integration of SAP CRM modules. The role involves working closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions in the SAP CRM environment to meet business requirements.
- Customize and enhance SAP CRM components such as Business Partner, Product, Service, Sales, Marketing, Interaction Center, and Web UI.
- Develop and debug ABAP programs, including Reports, Smart Forms, BAdIs, BAPIs, and Enhancements.
- Implement SAP CRM Middleware, including data replication and synchronization between SAP CRM and ECC systems.
- Work on SAP CRM Web UI development, including enhancements, customizations, and fine-tuning.
- Perform system integration with third-party tools and ensure smooth data exchange.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP CRM applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and refine requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Document technical designs, coding standards, and test cases.
- Provide support for SAP CRM upgrades, migrations, and system performance optimization.
Required Skills :
Technical Expertise :
- Strong programming skills in ABAP, including Object-Oriented ABAP.
- Proficiency in SAP CRM Web UI Development and configurations.
- Knowledge of CRM Middleware, BAdIs, BAPIs, and Enhancements.
- Experience in SAP CRM Sales, Service, Marketing, and Interaction Center modules.
Integration Skills :
- Experience with SAP ECC, middleware tools like PI/PO, and third-party integration.
- Familiarity with OData, APIs, and web services.
Functional Understanding :
- Good understanding of business processes in sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Experience working on user-exit and enhancement framework to align technical solutions with business needs.
Other Skills :
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
