Sales Manager, Mumbai

Designation: Sales Manager

Exp: Minimum of 8 years in a sales management - Developers, Real Estate Companies

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering + MBA

Salary: 6 LPA -8 LPA.

Location: Mira road.

Sales Manager Job Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

2. Experience in using sales forecasting, analyzing as well filtering serious leads leads & lead pipeline management techniques.

3. Foster strong relationships with industry professionals and key stakeholders to promote Mulberry Villas & Pods products.

4. Reviews market analyses and meets with customers to discuss their current and future needs and to assess the quality of the company's relationship with them

5. Close follow ups with prospective leads, furnishing required information from time to time and having constructive dialogues with prospective clients & close the deals

6. Develops and implements new sales campaigns, initiatives, strategies, and programs to attract new and retain current customers.

7. Represent Mulberry Villas & pods at industry conferences, meetings, and events to expand market presence.

8. Collaborate with other departments, such as Design Team to support sales initiatives.

9. Set clear sales targets and track goals regularly.

10. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.

11. Stay updated on industry trends and market changes to refine sales approaches.

12. Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring profitable growth for the business.

13. Manage the sales budget effectively to optimize resources and maximize return on investment.
