Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and business development strategy to achieve organizational revenue and market share goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to refine strategies.
- Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Business Development:
- Identify new market opportunities, client segments, and strategic alliances.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Lead contract negotiations and deal closures to secure long-term business partnerships.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales and business development team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Operational and Financial Oversight:
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales reports.
- Ensure alignment between sales, operations, and other departments to deliver seamless logistics solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to client acquisition and retention.
Qualifications:
- Masters in Business or related field.
