Key Responsibilities:

RBI Reporting:

- Stay updated on all relevant RBI regulations and guidelines.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the reporting requirements for various banking products and services.

- Prepare and submit accurate and timely RBI reports, ensuring complete adherence to regulatory frameworks.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure data accuracy for reporting.

- Analyze and interpret regulatory changes, identifying potential impacts on the organization and recommending appropriate action plans.

Product Testing:

- Design and execute comprehensive product testing plans, covering all aspects of functionality, security, and regulatory compliance.

- Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test cases, test reports, and defect logs.

- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve any issues discovered during testing.

- Ensure that all testing activities are conducted in accordance with established quality assurance standards.

Compliance Monitoring and Oversight:

- Monitor compliance with RBI regulations and other relevant laws and guidelines.

- Identify and assess potential compliance risks, recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.

- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure ongoing compliance.

Team Collaboration and Communication:

- Work effectively as part of a team, providing guidance and support to junior team members.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

- Present compliance findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

- Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field.

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in RBI Reporting and product testing in the financial and banking sector.

- Strong understanding of RBI regulations, including banking regulations, KYC/AML guidelines, and data privacy regulations.
