This role involves crafting and implementing comprehensive digital strategies aligned with business objectives, optimizing digital operations, and delivering cutting-edge solutions to enhance client experiences and internal capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute digital strategies that align with the organizations business goals and growth targets.
Identify emerging technologies and digital trends to leverage in transforming client and internal processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure success.
Customer-Centric Initiatives:
Build and enhance digital customer engagement platforms across various channels.
Design and oversee digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility and lead generation.
Work with sales and service teams to deliver seamless customer experiences using advanced digital tools.
Technology & Innovation:
Lead the selection and implementation of technologies such as AI, IoT, blockchain, or data analytics to support business transformation.
Partner with IT teams to ensure security, scalability, and reliability of digital platforms.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, UX/UI, data analytics, and IT.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team and across the organization.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
Monitor the effectiveness of digital initiatives and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Prepare regular reports for executive leadership on digital strategy outcomes and ROI.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
8-12 years of experience in digital strategy, digital marketing, or IT consulting roles.
Proven experience in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of IT services, enterprise solutions, and emerging technologies.
