Good hands on Experience in administration & troubleshooting of VMware vsphere, VMware VRA/VRO, Advanced Load balancer, NSX-T,VSAN.

Good Experience on Dell and HP blade chassis , Rack servers.

Preferred Knowledge on Networking, Storage, Backup and Security.

Experience in performance tuning of VMWare servers and resources

Good Understanding of VMWare virtualization technology

Resolve Day-to-Day issue arises with respect to Hardware / OS /VMware Cloud Infrastructure

Good Experience on Linux and Windows OS troubleshooting and patching

Ability to quickly take ownership of new technologies in your technical domain.

Should have good communication skills to clearly define issue and communicate to business.

Creation of KEDB, RACI matrix and RCA for P1/P2 incidents.

Ready to take 24/ 7 on-call support.
