Senior Business Analyst - Craft Chocolate Industry (5-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies for new market expansion opportunities

- Analyze and identify optimal locations for new stores

- Develop accurate sales projections for existing and potential new products

- Perform in-depth market research to inform product development and marketing strategies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making

- Create and maintain financial models to support business planning and forecasting

- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

- Prepare and present analytical reports to senior management to guide strategic decisions

- Support the development of business cases for new initiatives and investments

Requirements:

- MBA from a top-tier institution

- 5-7 years of relevant experience in business analysis or strategy roles

- Proven track record in conducting feasibility studies for market expansion

- Experience in retail analytics, particularly in-store location analysis

- Strong background in developing sales projections and financial modeling

- Familiarity with the luxury food or craft product market is a plus

- Experience working in a startup or early-stage business environment

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and other data analysis tools

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable manner

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment

- Experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in premium or artisanal products
