Operations Engineer

Roles And Responsibilities: Onboarding Local Manpower: Recruiting and onboarding technicians for home installation services. Dealer Engagement: Meeting Dealer Principals to maintain liaison and ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects. Installation Verification: Verifying installation reports shared by vendors to ensure compliance and quality. Service Issue Reporting: Highlighting recurring service issues to the reporting manager for timely resolution. Travel Requirements: The engineer will be required to travel to Aligarh, Alwar, Dehradun, and Haridwar for dealer meetings and service-related tasks. Skills And Qualifications: 1. Diploma or Graduation- Electrical/Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering (Any subjects with electrical and electronics in the curriculum) 2. 2+ Years on any type of service and maintenance experience 3. Should be able to logically resolve or troubleshoot in times of crisis and leverage expert help if required 4. Self-Managed, Multitasking is a plus point 5. Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills 6. Profound Understanding of the EV and related Services ecosystem having would be a plus point 7. Strong Communication skills, organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
