About the job:
- We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketer with over 5 years of expertise to join our marketing team.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in driving digital marketing campaigns, optimizing paid media strategies, and achieving measurable business results.
- This role demands a deep understanding of various performance channels including Social Media Advertising, Display ads, and Programmatic advertising, along with a focus on data analysis, conversion optimization, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop, implement, and optimize data-driven performance marketing strategies across multiple channels (Google Ads, Social Media, Programmatic Ads, Email Marketing etc.) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign management, from concept creation to execution, reporting, and optimization.
- Lead paid search, display, social media advertising, and retargeting efforts and go-to market strategies.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Analyze and interpret campaign data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Work with marketing analytics teams to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
- Use A/B testing, multi-variate testing, and other testing methodologies to improve campaign performance.
Budget Management & Optimization:
- Own and optimize performance marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI from spend.
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly campaign performance and adjust as needed to stay within budget while meeting KPIs.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create compelling ads, landing pages, and other assets for high-converting campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, and Growth teams) to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving measurable results.
- Deep knowledge and experience with Google Ads (Search, Display etc.), Social Media, Programmatic & other paid media platforms.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Expertise in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other performance tracking tools
