Experience:- 8-10 years

Location:- Bangalore

Responsibilities:

- Negotiating Deals: Secure agreements with banks and NBFCs.

- Alliance Strategies: Plan and help execute strategic alliances.

- Debt Management: Negotiate and manage debt agreements, including loans and credit facilities.

- Finalizing Deals: Work towards finalizing deals with banking/ FI partners to align with product offerings.

- Commercial Negotiations: Ideate, integrate, and work closely on all commercial negotiations.

- Commercial Agent: Mediate terms and conditions, ensuring legal compliance and achieving favorable outcomes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

- 8-10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on startups and fintech.

- Strong negotiation and persuasiveness skills.

- Proficiency in securing and finalizing contracts

- Understanding of legal compliance in commercial agreements.

- Ability to clearly communicate and actively listen.

- Confidence in presenting solutions beneficially.
