MERN Stack Developer - MongoDB/Express.js (5-8 yrs)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing quality, scalable code to develop innovative software solutions, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with teams to enhance product features

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

- Design and optimize NoSQL databases and APIs.

- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with React.js.

- Write tests, debug issues, and maintain high-quality code.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features.

Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js,

Node.js).

Frontend: Expertise in React.js, Redux, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.

Backend: Proficient in building RESTful APIs, and implementing authentication (JWT, OAuth).

Database: Strong knowledge of MongoDB, schema design, and aggregation framework.

DevOps: Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).

Testing: Familiarity with Jest, Mocha, or similar tools.

Version Control: Proficient in Git, GitHub/GitLab.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and debugging experience.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in building SaaS platforms or products targeted at B2B clients.

Familiarity with microservices architecture.

Experience with GraphQL and serverless frameworks.
