Warehouse Dispatch Supervisor(Loading & Unloading)

Role & responsibilities

1. Loading & Offloading Operations

- Schedule and manage loading and offloading activities based on delivery schedules and resource availability.

- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless operations.

- Direct and supervise loading/offloading teams to complete tasks efficiently and safely.

2. Team Supervision & Support

- Provide guidance and support to the team, resolving issues during loading/offloading processes.

- Ensure goods are loaded securely to prevent damage during transit.

- Verify the accuracy of orders and ensure the right items are dispatched.

3. Safety & Compliance

- Enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries during warehouse operations.

- Train new employees on loading/offloading procedures, safety protocols, and equipment handling.

4. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate records of loading/offloading activities, including inventory counts and shipment details.

- Generate reports on loading efficiency, incidents, or discrepancies.

- Communicate changes in schedules or procedures to relevant departments.

Requirements

- Education: Degree, Diploma, or BE in any relevant field.

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in loading/Unloading warehouse supervision
