MERN Stack Developer (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

- Collaborate with the design and product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.

- Develop server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js.

- Implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between the front end and back end.

- Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.js.

- Implement state management using Redux or Context API.

- Participate in and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in web development.

- Mentor and guide junior developers.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software, including designers, product managers, and other developers.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture.
