Key Responsibilities

1. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and optimize the overall customer experience.

2. You will be part of the OneCard Accelerate Program which will give you an

opportunity to accelerate in your career with the continuous guidance,

mentoring, on the job training and upskilling..

3. Feedback Collection & Strategy Implementation: Gather valuable feedback from customers regarding their experiences, pain points, and suggestions for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement necessary changes.

4. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and escalations promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome and customer satisfaction.

5. Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers through an inbound process (via phone, email, chat) to address inquiries, provide support, and offer personalized solutions.

6. Financial Market Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our credit card products, features, and policies to effectively educate and advise customers on their financial decisions.

7. Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and a genuine commitment to their financial well-being.

8. Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies while handling sensitive customer information and financial transactions.


Technical & Professional skills

  1. Bachelor's degree in related fields preferred.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  4. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  5. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for customer relationship management.
  6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving positive change.
