Key Responsibilities
1. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and optimize the overall customer experience.

3. Feedback Collection & Strategy Implementation: Gather valuable feedback from customers regarding their experiences, pain points, and suggestions for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement necessary changes.
4. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and escalations promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome and customer satisfaction.
5. Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers through an inbound process (via phone, email, chat) to address inquiries, provide support, and offer personalized solutions.
6. Financial Market Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our credit card products, features, and policies to effectively educate and advise customers on their financial decisions.
7. Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and a genuine commitment to their financial well-being.
8. Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies while handling sensitive customer information and financial transactions.
