Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Tracking project/product progress against the plan using project management tools like JIRA.

2. Coordinate meetings with different stakeholders, prepare and deliver retrospective meetings, and manage daily stand-up calls.

3. Identifying and mitigating any project risks and raising issues with concerned stakeholders.

4. Communicating project status updates to stakeholders regularly and sharing reports.

5. Backlog Management: Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests.

6. Designing and controlling the project schedule with progress on daily tasks.

7. Managing resource allocation to optimize utilization and forecasting resource needs and identifying potential resource gaps

8. Regular tracking in JIRA, Track project metrics Plans Processes, Status Reports, Minutes of meetings and action items.

Requirements

1. Qualifications: Preferably MBA in Business Analytics.

2. Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).

3. Scrum Knowledge: Good understanding of Scrum techniques, artifacts (e.g., definition of done, user stories).

4. Project Management: Familiarity with project management concepts.

5. Project management tools: good knowledge of JIRA and Gantt chart tool.

6. Software development: Understanding of SDLC.

7. Communication: Excellent oral and written communication and documentation abilities.

8. Organization: Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
