Inside Sales Executive

Flexible timing
Identify and target potential clients in need of logistics and supply chain solutions.
Research and qualify leads through various sources including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of leads and opportunities in the CRM system.
Sales Outreach and Presentations:
Conduct sales calls and virtual meetings with prospects to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions.
Present and demonstrate the company's logistics aggregation services, emphasizing value propositions and cost savings.
Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and service agreements to potential clients.
Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Follow up regularly with prospects and customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Collaboration with Operations:
Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of logistics solutions for clients.
Work closely with the operations team to understand service offerings and effectively communicate these to prospects.
Sales Reporting and Analytics:
Track and report on sales performance, including conversion rates, revenue, and lead generation metrics.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract conditions with prospects to close sales deals.
Finalize contracts and facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in inside sales, ideally in the logistics or transportation industry.
Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and transportation solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a logistics aggregator or 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environment.
Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) or other logistics technology platforms.
Work Environment: This is an inside sales position that may involve remote or in-office work, depending on company policy. The role may require occasional travel for client meetings or industry events.Role & responsibilities
