Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our finance team, responsible for managing customer billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, reconciliation processes and tax regulations like TDS and GST.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate customer invoices as per agreements and billing cycles.
• Address and resolve customer billing inquiries promptly.
• Issue credit notes to customers when required.
• Track and monitor customer payments to ensure timely collection.
• Validate courier partners invoices before processing payments.
• Identify and report discrepancies in courier invoices to relevant partners.
• Coordinate with suppliers for credit notes related to invoice discrepancies.
• Follow up on credit notes for lost or damaged shipments from courier partners.
• Maintain a tracker for pending credit notes and ensure timely resolution.
• Perform reconciliation of supplier ledgers.
• Reconcile customer ledgers and wallet balances.
• Post accurate accounting entries in the accounting software.
• Ensure compliance with TDS and GST regulations.
• Streamline, maintain and enhance financial processes and internal controls.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and year-end financial closings.

Requirements:

• B.Com / CA inter
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills for customer and vendor interactions.Role & responsibilities
