As part of the Technology Consulting - Business Applications - Oracle Practice team, we leverage digital transformation, modern operating models, and industry best practices to deliver technology-enabled solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Lease Accounting, Cash Management (CM), and Tax.

- Design and optimize financial systems and processes in alignment with company policies and industry standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems with other enterprise systems.

- Provide guidance on the financial and accounting impact of transactions, SLA rules, and system configurations across functional tracks.

- Support post-Go-Live hypercare and application managed services (AMS) to ensure operational stability.

Mandatory Skills :

- Expertise in Oracle Fusion modules : AP, AR, GL, FA, Lease Accounting, CM, and Tax.

Preferred Skills :

- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Strong MS Excel proficiency.

- Positive "can-do" attitude with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Experience :

- 4 to 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Finance implementations.

Educational Qualifications :

- BE/BTech, MBA, or CA
