Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the aerospace industry.
- Strong understanding of the aerospace market, including key players, trends, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
