Manager - Sales

Basic follow up of the on going business which includes understanding the requirement of the customer; preparing the details requirement and submitting to Germany office. Making technical discussions with the customer explaining the USP of our machines vis- -vis the competitor. Participating in negotiations, together with the German colleagues, and concluding the project. Preparing and discussing with the customer the Contract draft. For commercial and Technical matters. Good knowledge/understanding of commercial matters is a must. Participating in the further project execution which includes design meeting etc. to ensure that the project is executed to the satisfaction of the customers as well as ensuring that the interest of OMF is protected. Taking care of the customers on day to day basis and ensuring that they are fully satisfied. Handling key customers Long term relationship building with customers Promotion of all Barmag / Neumag products Competitor analysis Negotiation with customers, coordination with Barmag Germany
