Job Description

We are seeking an Investment Research Associate. The primary function of this role is to provide research, data, analysis, and portfolio company tracking to the firm s leadership and business units so that they can manage fund deployment, construction and strategy.
What youll do:
- Collaborate with portfolio companies to determine key milestones for investment unlocks, and subsequently track and report on those milestones.
- Prepare and present market research on various sectors of the Web3 ecosystem.
- Help maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
- Coordinate internal resources across research, product, partnerships, finance for investment decision making, and tracking.
- Deliver real-time performance data and tailor dashboards that enhance business decision-making capabilities.
What you ll need:
- Proven track record of acquiring and guiding successful projects or teams in the blockchain space, with a focus on innovation and research collaboration, or experience bringing crypto products to market.
- Experience in protocol design and development, with a strong technical background in blockchain technologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends and ecosystem dynamics in the blockchain industry.
- 2+ years of investment banking, private equity or management consulting experience.
- B.A. in Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science or technical field is preferred.
