Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom integrations between HubSpot and other third-party systems (e. , e-commerce platforms, CRM, marketing automation tools).

- Develop custom solutions within the HubSpot platform using the HubSpot API and related programming languages (JavaScript, Python, or similar).

- Leverage RESTful APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms (Zapier, Workato, etc.) to streamline workflows and improve data flow.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HubSpot integrations and functionalities.

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on all aspects of HubSpot CRM, CMS, and Marketing tools to internal teams.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users on best practices and troubleshooting techniques.

- Create and maintain user documentation and training materials.

- Work closely with data teams to ensure data quality and integrity within the HubSpot platform.

- Leverage SQL and data analysis techniques to extract insights from HubSpot data and inform business decisions.

- Stay abreast of the latest developments and best practices in HubSpot and related technologies.

- Explore and implement new features and functionalities within the HubSpot platform.

Qualifications :

Required :

- Minimum of 6 years of experience working with HubSpot CRM, CMS, and Marketing tools in a technical role.

- Minimum of 4 years training users on HubSpot.

- Proven experience integrating HubSpot with third-party systems and developing custom solutions.

- Proficiency in HubSpot API and related programming languages (JavaScript, Python, or similar).

- Strong experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms (Zapier, Workato, etc.)

- Understanding of data structures, relational databases, and SQL.

Desirable :

- HubSpot certifications (e., HubSpot CMS for Developers, HubSpot CRM, and Sales Software) are preferred.
