Senior Manager / AGM Leasing

Role & responsibilities

- Formulate the Centres leasing plan from the overall business plan; finalize the mall occupancy target to be achieved for revenue maximization in coordination with Leasing Head.

- Oversee the timely completion of formalities, obtaining of license/ permissions, fit outs, and operationalization of retail stores for the brands.

- Prepare and update the leasing tracker on a regular basis and prepare fortnightly mall occupancy / vacancy report for Senior Management.

- Ensure that the fit-out process starts within the pre-defined timeline and support the retailer during the fit-out process, so that the store opens within pre-defined timelines.

- Oversee the process of drafting and finalizing the Leave and License Agreement and ensure that all the terms incorporated in the agreements are as per the standard format without deviations.

- Resolve the retailers’ queries and drive closure of deals in a timely and effective manner.

- Plan for renewals based on the performance of the retailers, their upcoming requirements, and modifications in the zoning plan and rework on the rates to ensure revenue maximization

- Prepare the yearly budget for the mall.
