Monitor and manage the health, performance, and availability of BAW workflows, BPM processes, and IID-based SOA solutions. iii. Administer and troubleshoot BPEL processes, mediation flows, business rules, and related integration components. iv. Plan and execute cloning of process servers, integration nodes, and IID SOA architectures for scalability or disaster recovery. v. Automate cloning procedures to reduce manual effort and maintain consistency across environments. vi. Migrate BPM workflows, BAW components, and IID artifacts (e.g., BPEL processes and mediation modules) to upgraded versions or platforms. vii. Validate cloned and migrated nodes for functional, performance, and connectivity requirements. viii. Ensure seamless integration of cloned environments with load balancers and failover mechanisms. ix. Implement backup solutions for BAW/BPM workflows, IID components, and related configurations. x. Test and document disaster recovery plans for both cloned and migrated systems. xi. Ensure the continuous availability of critical business processes and SOA integrations. xii. Analyze and optimize performance of process servers, BPEL workflows, mediation flows, and integration points. xiii. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime for business-critical processes. xiv. Conduct regular health checks and implement preventive measures to avoid performance bottlenecks. xv. Expertise in IBM BAW/BPM (Business Process Manager) and IID (Integration Designer) administration. xvi. Strong knowledge of BPEL processes, mediation flows, and service integrations. xvii. Hands-on experience in cloning and migrating process servers, integration nodes, and related artifacts. xviii. Proficiency in working with WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Process Server, and WebSphere MQ. xix. Familiarity with XML, WSDL, SOAP/REST, XSLT, and JSON for integrations. xx. Experience with automation and scripting tools (e.g., Bash, Ant, or Python). xxi. Exposure to DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD in middleware environments."
