Service management activities /tasks for the NCC products including troubleshooting for incident , problem and change management
Troubleshooting : Identify and troubleshoot issues in Qlik Sense and other systems
Technical documentation : Develop and maintain technical documentation for the systems
Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional/product teams to resolve issues
Administration : Manage licenses, set up permissions, design folder structure, and schedule tasks
Monitoring : Proactively monitor the Qlik Sense environment to ensure performance and scalability
Monitor and support automation activities
Desired skills
2-3 years Proficiency in Qlik Sense, Knowledge of SQL and database management, Experience in providing technical support for critical business systems, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and Excellent communication and collaboration skills
