Experience in developing the bots on Microsoft Power Automate and Automation Anywhere, etc, mandatory. Experience managing the Support projects on Microsoft Power Automate and Automation Anywhere, etc, mandatory. Strong technical background with ability to solution and estimate Leveraging industry best practices and experience, identify automation opportunities and recommend automation solutions including architectural and technical designs Provide technical guidance to the team on the Support running in the shifts, and perform code reviews. Experience with all Microsoft (MS) Project and MS Office applications is mandatory whilst that with Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Product board is a plus. High attention to detail and proven ability to manage and deliver on multiple, competing and conflicting priorities simultaneously. Experience in building teams, automating processes, designing solutions, managing delivery, managing change and scheduling releases on a regional/global scale. Self-motivated and proactive team player with innovative ideas and interpersonal skills to inspire customer loyalty and product adoption. Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Flexible to work and interact with clients globally in different time zones PMP certification or Scrum Master certification will be considered a plus
