SQL 2017 and above, at least one reporting ( Reporting SSRS, PowerBI, Power BI is preferrable)

Good data analysis skill is mandatory.

Understand data, analyze it and identify issues / bring out ideas on technologies

If candidate has skill like Synapse, Pyspark, it will be good.

Other skills like SSIS are good to have.

Good to have:

• Strong technical accomplishments in SQL and data analysis skills.
• Should posses good client facing skills communication skills
• A good Data/ Report Developer who can independently manage small development modules assigned to them, while adhering to development standards (design, docs, code convention, GIT etc.) and process (dev, qa, prod, support).
• Provides support and guidance regarding MSBI best practices and development standards , other ETL like Alteryx is good to have

BFSI domain knowledge is an added advantage
