Snowflake Developer - ETL/Python (5-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy robust data solutions leveraging Snowflake's capabilities.

- Implement Snowpipes to automate data ingestion and transformation processes (ELT).

- Write complex SnowSQL queries, stored procedures, and user-defined functions (UDFs).

- Collaborate effectively with other developers to ensure consistency and quality of data pipelines and deliverables.

- Create and maintain clear documentation for operational procedures and system configurations.

- Migrate data from relational databases (RDMS) to the Snowflake platform.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues efficiently.

- Manage multiple tasks effectively and work independently to meet deadlines.

- Demonstrate initiative in problem-solving and take steps to prevent future occurrences.

- Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Skills (Must-Have) :

- 5+ years of experience working with Snowflake.

- Strong knowledge of Snowpipes, data pipeline development (ELT), and complex SnowSQL queries.

- Proficient in SQL and Snowflake UDFs.

- Solid understanding of the UNIX/Linux environment.

Technical Skills (Good-to-Have) :

- Hands-on experience with Python, Informatica, or Talend.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
