Governess Risk and Compliance Product Specialist.
Position Overview:
As a product specialist you will play a key role in development of our GRC Product within the domain of Governance, Risk and Compliance.
You will leverage your expertise to ensure that our product/solutions meet regulatory standards, enhance risk, compliance, regulatory management processes, and support organizational compliance objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Subject Matter Expertise:
Provide deep insights into governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, regulations, and best practices.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes.
Act as a subject-matter expert on various compliance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, ISO standards, PCI, SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA).
Work with product development team as GRC subject matter experts and provide inputs
2.Product Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop GRC products that align
with market needs.
Contribute to the creation of product roadmaps, specifications, and user stories.
Review BRD FRD document and work with product team.
3.Implementation Support:
Assist clients in the successful implementation of GRC solutions, providing guidance on best practices and methodologies.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for stakeholders on GRC tools and processes.
Understand customer requirements and work with product team to developing the product as per client requirements.
4. Risk Assessment and Management:
Guide and suggest internal team and customer with best practices on risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and vulnerabilities.
Recommend risk mitigation strategies and frameworks.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for GRC products, including user manuals, compliance checklists, and risk assessment reports.
Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with internal teams, including product management, development, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of GRC solutions.
Engage with clients and industry stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
7. Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in risk management, compliance, or governance roles, preferably within a GRC context.
Strong understanding of relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX, ISO standards).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
8. Preferred Skills:
Certification in Risk Management (e.g., CRISC, CISM) or Compliance (e.g., CCEP, CIPM).
Experience with GRC software solutions and implementation methodologies.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations (e.g., financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, Insurance).
