NucleusTeq - Python Developer - Server Side Component (6-15 yrs)

Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining various software products, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application.

Responsibilities :

- Write effective, scalable code

- Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance

- Integrate user-facing elements into applications

- Test and debug programs

- Improve functionality of existing systems

- Implement security and data protection solutions

- Assess and prioritize feature requests

- Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions

Requirements :

- Proven work experience as a Python Developer

- Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (like Django, Flask, or Pyramid)

- Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM)

- Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript and HTML5)

- Team spirit and good problem-solving skills

- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)

- Understanding of Agile methodologies

- Strong communication skills
