Preparation and up to date management of research templates for various countries on the following topics: Entity set up options in a country for foreign investors Compliance requirements across various countries Human resource laws and regulations for: - Expat employees
- Recruitment
- Employment contracts
- Benefits mandatory, supplementary
- Payroll
- Stock options and equity compensation
- Terminations
Income tax, corporation tax, transfer pricing VAT/GST and other indirect taxes Accounting requirements Other laws like anti- corruption laws, data privacy laws, commercial leases, etc. Preparation/ assistance in quarterly newsletter preparation. Research/ analysis/ advisory/ consulting as per the client requirement/ query. Other activities include leading the execution of research projects, selecting research methods, supervising the research team and presenting research findings. Actively provide feedback to junior Researchers on research approach and output for all client deliveries. Good grasp of the legal regulations across the globe. Groom each team member to reach their peak potential. Supervise team members on a daily basis to complete research projects within deadlines. Coordinate with management in determining research priorities and developing research roadmap. Proactively flag issues related to process compliance including non-completion of tasks, errors and deviations from defined processes. Analyze and resolve research issues promptly and accurately. Ensure training of team members and identify specific/periodic training requirements for the team.
