Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in
corporate sales within the US market. The ideal candidate will excel as an individual contributor,
possess strong inside sales expertise, and have a track record of generating leads and driving
revenue. Experience in software sales, e-Learning sales, or digital marketing sales is a must.

3. Work timings: 6:30PM to 2:30AM IST(Indian Standard Time)
4. Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Sales Execution:
a. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the US market.
b. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
c. Identify and target key decision-makers, including C-level executives.
2. Lead Generation:
a. Leverage inside sales techniques to identify and qualify leads.
b. Use tools such as CRM, LinkedIn, and other platforms for outreach and lead nurturing.
c. Convert qualified leads into opportunities and close deals.
3. Presentations and Proposals:
a. Create and deliver impactful corporate presentations tailored to client needs.
b. Draft persuasive proposals with pre-sales team and sales pitches to secure partnerships.
4. Market Analysis and Strategy:
a. Analyse market trends, industry insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth
opportunities
b. Provide feedback to the product team on client requirements and potential improvements.
5. Pipeline Management:
a. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts
using CRM tools.
b. Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with prospects and clients.
6. Collaboration:
a. Coordinate with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales efforts.
b. Work with the product and delivery teams to ensure successful project implementations.
5. Key Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in corporate sales, with a strong focus on the US market.
3. Proven expertise in inside sales and lead generation strategies.
4. Experience in software sales, e Learning sales, or digital marketing sales.
5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office tools.
