Senior Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development: Design and develop custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.
Migration Experience: Must have experience with Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration projects, ensuring smooth transition and optimization of functionalities.
Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides, to ensure clarity and consistency.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing, debugging, and adherence to best practices.
Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in B2B projects 
Proven experience as a Salesforce developer and Architect, demonstrating a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, its architecture, and its limitations.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools. Additionally, knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively address challenges and optimize solutions.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, articulate technical concepts, and facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications: Salesforce Developer/Architect certifications are highly desirable and demonstrate proficiency and expertise in Salesforce development.
