Lead Asset Optimization

This role is responsible for enhancing asset performance, reliability, and efficiency through strategic maintenance planning, data-driven analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves developing and implementing preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies while ensuring compliance with defined frameworks. The Specialist works closely with cross-functional teams to optimize asset life cycles, reduce downtime, and maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Additionally, the position involves leveraging digital platforms, conducting field diagnostics, driving corrective actions, and leading improvement projects to achieve best-in-class asset management outcomes
